ID, Location Needed for “Mosque” — Rumored Basij and Detention Centre

Someone please identify and provide the specific location of this “Mosque” near Vali-Asr Sqr  in Tehran.  Rumored to house protester detention center and base for Basij and their materiel.   It was reportedly a detention centre for protesters 10 years ago, where protesters were thought to have been tortured.  Anonymous source, needs verification.

Information is needed for the IranSites Project to document sites being used for the detention of political dissidents, lawyers, and journalists, and facilities such as secret Basij bases that support regime’s warfare against the Iranian People.
